A new, height-adjustable version now marks the start of another chapter in the history of this classic. The architect Egon Eiermann originally designed the table for his own office in 1953. It quickly became a favorite in studios and architectural offices around the world. Its characteristic design - the tubular steel frame with the angled cross struts - made it a milestone of functionalist modernism: light, robust, uncompromisingly precise.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAlmost three generations later, we at Richard Lampert are continuing this tradition. Since the 1990s, we have been manufacturing the Eiermann table under the original license - and from 2025, we will be presenting its consistent further development: the height-adjustable Eiermann M (mechanical) and Eiermann E (electric). Together with designer Tim Schütze, we have been working on the realization for three years.
