Frequently asked questions

We want you to unpack your SORU order with a good feeling - and enjoy it for a long time. However, if an item doesn't quite fit or feels different than expected, we will find a solution together.

You can return unused products in their original condition and packaging to us within 14 days of receipt for a fee, provided they are not excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with our GTC.

A return period of 7 days from delivery applies to reduced items (sale goods).

Some items are excluded from returns. These include:

Furniture, baby carriages, wallpaper, paints, specially marked products, display items, custom-made products on customer request

Please note that return shipping is subject to a charge.

To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we ask you to do the following:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition. Please pack everything carefully and securely for transportation.
- Enclose the delivery bill with your return so that we can quickly allocate your order.

Our tip:Keep the proof of posting with shipment tracking until we have processed your return.

As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the value of the goods to the original means of payment within 14 days.

Please note that the shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded.

When purchasing on account, there may be an outstanding balance (e.g. for shipping costs) which must be paid directly via Powerpay.

SORU is a small, independent family business. Every return means expense for us - both financially and ecologically. That's why we charge for returns.

If you are unsure about size, material or color, please write to us at hello@soru.ch before placing your order. We will advise you personally and with a lot of heart so that you can find exactly what suits you.

If something is wrong or an item has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@soru.ch.

It is best to send us a photo or video directly so that we can check your complaint more quickly and find a solution. If you have a complaint about a baby carriage, we also need the serial number so that we can assign everything correctly.
