The Nomi® high chair was designed by Peter Opsvik, the designer of the legendary Tripp Trapp®, and is based on the same philosophy: mealtimes are more relaxed and interactive when children are at the table. While the Tripp Trapp®, made of European wood, is characterized by its timeless, classic design, the Nomi® represents a modern approach with its lightweight construction, non-tipping wheels and quick, tool-free adjustability. With the Newborn Set, your baby is part of family life from day one. The gentle rocking motion has a calming effect and the adjustable reclining position can be flexibly adapted to your baby's needs. With its rounded contours, the Nomi® supports healthy, active sitting and gives your child plenty of freedom of movement when playing and exploring. You can roll it effortlessly from room to room and simply hang it on the table during clean-up. The included Stokke® Tray can be quickly attached when needed and creates a dedicated space for eating, playing and exploring.

• Use the Newborn Set from birth until your little one can sit unaided. Use it in a horizontal position for the first 8-10 weeks after birth. As soon as your baby is a little stronger, you can easily adjust the position to a more upright position.
• In the Baby Set, your little one can sit comfortably at the dining table with the family as soon as they are ready.

• It is lightweight so that you can use it anywhere at home and simply hang it on the edge of the table when cleaning up.

• Please note that several short periods in the Stokke® Nomi® Newborn Set are better for your baby than one longer period.
• The Stokke® Nomi® chair is designed to fit directly at your table and bring your little one into the middle of the family. A tray is then not necessary. However, the tray is compatible with Stokke® Nomi® Baby Set and can easily be attached to it if needed.
• Remove the Stokke® Nomi® Baby Set as soon as your child can get on and off the chair independently.
• NOTE! Before each use, check that the Stokke® Nomi® Baby Set is correctly attached to the backrest and seat by pulling it in the opposite direction.
